NARU is a wine lovers sake from Kanpai experimental vault. Fermented purely with the wild yeast harnessed from the air inside brewery, brought to life using the ancient kimoto brewing method. A truly wild kimoto junmai sake, big acidity with honey-nut aged character. NARU underwent extended maturation in bottle for more than a year, resulting in a vibrant sake with delicate umami, pronounced acidity & sustained finish.
