An innovative sparkling sake from Akashi-Tai. The Junmai Gingjo designation indicates no alcohol was added after fermentation. This sparkling sake is light and refreshing, with citrus fruit flavours and floral hints, crisp and with just a touch of sweetness. The sparkle is added in the same way as Champagne, with secondary fermentation taking place inside the bottle.
