Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu
Akashi-Tai Ginjo Yuzushu is made only with Yamada Nishiki rice - which is known as the king of the Sake rice. Daiginjo shows that the rice has been polished until it is a maximum of 50% of its original size - which leads to a purer, elegant style of Sake with floral and fruity notes. Genshu shows that this Sake has been bottled at its full strength, without the addition of any water. Yuzushu is made by macerating yuzu citrus and balancing with a touch of sugar. Simultaneously sweet and sharp, packed with fresh, zesty grapefruit and lime notes.
